Our Hassle-Free Return Policy

We want you to love your Fusion Mushroom Bars purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 10 days of receiving it.

How to Return Your Item:

  1. Make sure your item is eligible: The item should be in its original condition – unworn, unused, with all tags and packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Start your return: Email us at Sales@fusionmushroombars.us to initiate the process.
  3. Ship it back: We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please wait for our instructions before sending your return.

  • Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Reservations:

For events requiring reservations, like Afternoon Tea or Fondue, please cancel or change your reservation at least one day in advance for a full refund. Same-day cancellations will receive a 50% refund.

Exchanges:

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase and place a new order.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund within 3-10 business days. Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
